Unwind by Neal Shusterman

Teens between 13 and 18 get ready to unwind, which is pretty much every piece of their body goes to someone in need of it. People get unwound because of parents who can't control their teens. But these 3 teens who are about to be unwound fight for their lives as for everyone else.
